The June Club
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Yes, the pieces in Josephine's Vault cost $0 for June Club members. Every month we release one new collection, and what is left moves into the Vault when the next one lands. We'd rather give those pieces to our members than mark them down. The catch, in plain words: it's a membership, 7 days free, then $39.95/month until you cancel. You only cover shipping on the pieces you claim.
How does the June Club work?
Join free for 7 days and every piece in Josephine's Vault is $0 for you. Claim what you love and pay only the shipping. After the trial, the membership is $39.95/month until you cancel. On the 1st of every month a new collection drops. The Vault then fills up again with what is left of the last one.
When is my first charge?
Today you pay nothing for the membership, only the shipping on any Vault pieces. Your first charge of $39.95 comes 7 days after you join, and the exact date is in your bag before checkout. After that it's $39.95/month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime at cancel.josephineandjune.com or email support@josephineandjune.com. Online, you enter the email from your order and type in the 6-digit code we send you. Tap Cancel Membership. If an offer appears, tap No thanks, cancel my membership, then confirm with Cancel my membership. Cancel during your 7 free days and you pay nothing for the membership. Who are Josephine and June?
We're mother and daughter, Josephine and June, and this is our family jewelry house. Josephine chooses every collection, and the Vault is hers. June keeps the club running and the numbers honest, so the club carries her name. Read our story.
Josephine's Vault and shipping
What does shipping cost?
1 to 2 Vault pieces ship for $29.95, so your second piece ships free. Each extra piece adds $15, which makes 3 pieces $44.95 and 4 pieces $59.95. From two pieces on, that is under $15 a piece. Paid Monthly Drop orders ship free, and we ship within the United States only.
How many Vault pieces can I take?
As many as you love, while stock lasts. Take one for yourself and a few for the women in your family, all in one order. Shipping is $29.95 for 1 to 2 pieces and $15 for each piece after that.
What does “what's left of last month's collection” mean?
Every month we release one collection in small numbers. Some pieces sell out, others still have a few left when the month ends. Those last few move into Josephine's Vault on the 1st, free for June Club members. Once a piece is claimed, it doesn't come back.
Why do I pay shipping on free pieces?
The piece is free, the trip to your door is not. Shipping covers the packing, the postage and the tracking on your order. Your second piece ships free, and from two pieces on you pay under $15 a piece.
What if the piece I want is gone?
Once a Vault piece is claimed, it doesn't come back. Whoever shops the Monthly Drop gets first pick of the whole collection, and the Vault only holds what is left. If you love something in this month's drop, take it now. Popular pieces rarely make it to the Vault.
When does the Vault refresh?
At midnight Eastern on the 1st of every month, when the new drop goes live. Pieces nobody claimed leave the Vault for good, and what is left of the last drop moves in.
Can I claim Vault pieces as gifts?
Yes. A daughter, a granddaughter, a sister: one Vault order covers them all. Every piece is $0 for members, and your second piece ships free. We send it to the address you enter at checkout, anywhere in the US.
The Monthly Drop
Can I shop the Monthly Drop without joining?
Of course. The Monthly Drop is open to everyone at regular price, and paid drop orders ship free in the US. You only need the membership for the free pieces in Josephine's Vault.
Can I order from the drop and the Vault together?
Yes. One package, you pay only the Vault shipping. Drop pieces stay at their regular price, Vault pieces are $0, and shipping follows the Vault table.
What is the Monthly Drop?
A new collection on the 1st of every month, at regular price for everyone, with free US shipping. We release each collection in small numbers, and what is left when the month ends moves into Josephine's Vault.
Orders and returns
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship within the United States only, and every order is tracked. Processing and delivery times are in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package all the way to your door.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. Monthly Drop pieces: return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price you paid. Vault pieces: return them within 30 days of delivery and we refund the Vault shipping you paid for the returned pieces. Email support@josephineandjune.com with your order number first.
